Tyumen customs informs about the illegal export of crops

In the framework of the interdepartmental cooperation of the Tyumen customs and the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kurgan region near the Russian-Kazakh state border is working to control the legality of the export of grain and products of its processing.

In 2020, in the process of joint activities in this direction carried out control over 40 vehicles transporting grain products to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to the results of the 16 vehicles moved products with violations of the current Russian legislation. Over 300 tons of grain tried to export from the territory of the Russian Federation without issuance of a phytosanitary certificate. Representatives of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kurgan region on the facts of revealed violations filed 16 cases on administrative violations under article 10.2 of the administrative code of Russia. Violators face a fine up to 40 thousand rubles.
