The head of the Siberian Customs Directorate held a personal reception of citizens in the reception room of the President of the Russian Federation for the Siberian Federal District

The meeting with a Novosibirsk participant of foreign trade discussed issues related to the organization of work of a closed temporary storage warehouse.

Additionally, the work with citizens’ appeals in the STU is carried out on a permanent basis. Personal reception of citizens by the head of the STU in the reception room of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District is held on a regular basis, twice a year, as part of the execution of the order of the President of the Russian Federation from December 25, 2012 № PR-3481, aimed at expanding the opportunity for citizens to exercise their constitutional right to make personal appeals to state bodies.
