In both cases, the derivatives were illegally obtained in the territory of Buryatia and the Irkutsk region. Two criminal cases have been initiated against the head of the company under Part 1 of Article 226.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal movement across the customs border of the EAEU of strategically important resources on a large scale).
