Two tons of enclosures for switches arrested Nakhodka customs

Two tons of enclosures for switches arrested Nakhodka customs officers in the port of Vostochny. The recipient of the goods did not declare them when the importation of the consignment of electrical goods.

 Container with household arrived at an Eastern port of China to address the Novosibirsk company. The importer indicated in the Declaration of 13 tons of various electrical products: sockets, extension cords, switches and more. During the search of the container Nakhodka customs officers found 2 tons of enclosures for switches – for more than three thousand pieces. In the Declaration of this product was not listed.

In relation to the company-declarant Nakhodka customs has opened a case on an administrative offence. Of the goods seized. The offender will be fined with possible confiscation of goods.

Synopsis: In a Declaration in the prescribed form of goods are the responsibility of part 1 of article 16.2 of the administrative code – a fine for legal entities from one-half to two times the value of the goods which are the subjects of the administrative offence, or confiscation.
