Rostov customs officers revealed about 1.5 thousand goods with signs of violation of the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation

Officials of the department of control over importation and turnover of goods of the customs control service after the release of goods of Rostov Customs together with representatives of the Likhovskaya transport prosecutor’s office conducted a customs inspection of the premises and territories of one of the stores in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky.
In the course of the inspection, items of clothing, shoes, watches and bags with trademarks of well-known foreign brands were found, totaling 677 units of goods. The entrepreneur had no documents confirming the originality of the goods, certificates (declarations) of conformity and other documents of title. Besides, in the trading point there was QR code marking on shoes, which is not registered in the program «Honest Mark».
A similar offense was revealed a few days earlier in one of the Rostov stores. Customs officers and the Rostov Transport Prosecutor’s Office found 712 units of foreign-made goods with trademarks of well-known brands and more than 500 pairs of shoes without labeling.
In both cases, the goods were seized and further checks are being carried out.
