A VOLKSVAGEN POLO passenger car traveling to the Republic of Abkhazia was stopped during customs control at the Adler checkpoint of Krasnodar Customs
The suspicious vehicle was sent for inspection by customs officers using a mobile inspection and examination complex (MIDC)
A further inspection of the foreign car in the spare tire niche in the trunk revealed electronic equipment: 5 gray metal boxes with power supplies. These devices are presumably systems for “mining” cryptocurrency
The goods have now been seized, samples of the devices have been sent for examination. The question of initiating a case of administrative offense is being decided.
