Operational staff Nakhodka customs found that for 2017 -2018 years the entrepreneur has moved across the border several commercial parties by 7 million rubles without paying this 2.2 million rubles of customs duties.

Smuggled goods, customs officers seized from turnover, and against the businessman criminal case under part 1 of article 194 of the criminal code (evasion of customs payments collected from natural person committed on a large scale).

Due to the fact that the citizen has pleaded guilty and voluntarily compensated the caused damage to the state, the court closed the criminal case. The businessman was ordered to pay a fine and returned the goods to him.
