Pskov customs on the movement of goods across the Russian-Latvian border

According to Customs Board of state revenue Service of the Republic of Latvia by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia from March 13, 2020 April 14, 2020 in the Republic of Latvia introduced an emergency to limit the spread Covid-19.

On 17 March 2020 the Republic of Latvia discontinued international passenger traffic through airports, ports, bus and rail passenger transportation, as well as the movement of natural persons via the land checkpoints on the external border of the European Union, that is, Latvian-Russian and Latvian-Belarusian border.

At the time of introduction of emergency situations in the Republic of Latvia via the vehicle crossing points on the Latvian-Russian border (Terehova – Burachki, Grebnevo – Ubylinka, Vientuli – Ludonka) are allowed entry into Latvia residents and foreigners residing in Latvia.

The people of Russia and Belarus will be able to freely return to the home country when crossing the land border through the checkpoints.

Restrictions on crossing the Russian-Latvian border does not apply to the movement of goods, both on the part of Latvia and the Russian Federation.
