In the Magadan customs works “a telephone hotline”
Magadan customs reminds that individuals and participants of foreign economic activity have the opportunity to apply to the customs authorities through the “hotline” number (4232) 627 079.
In the list of information, received by the helpline, includes information on corruption, extortion, and possible conflicts of interests, violations of order of carrying out customs procedures and customs control; about the misconduct of officials of customs bodies in the performance of official duties; proposals of measures for improving the activity of customs authorities.
Also in the Magadan customs has an electronic mailbox, to which it can send information about possible violations of the customs legislation and complaints on illegal actions of customs officers. His address: mgd-ods@dvtu.cutoms.ru
Anonymity and confidentiality to the person providing the information hotline of the customs, shall be guaranteed.
