From 1 September 2020 the Birobidzhan customs office will maintain records of movement of goods in mutual trade of Russia with the States of the EAEU
From September 1, 2020, the account of movement of goods in mutual trade of the Russian Federation with States – members of the Eurasian economic Union will implement the Birobidzhan customs post. Address of the Birobidzhan customs post: 679016, Birobidzhan, St. Komsomolskaya, 3A.
As said the head of the Birobidzhan customs post Denis Artemenko, the customs post shall have a new function – the function to control the completeness of collection of the statistical forms and excitation of Affairs about administrative offences under article 19.7.13 of the administrative code of Russia in connection with the reorganization of the Birobidzhan customs since October 1, 2020 in the form of joining of the Khabarovsk customs. The Birobidzhan customs office will not change its location, will be located at the same address: Birobidzhan, St. Komsomolskaya, 3A.

In accordance with the Decree of the Russian Federation from 19.06.2020 No. 891 form of statistical accounting of movement of goods in mutual trade of the Russian Federation with States – systems seem to be the customs on 24 July 2020 in the form of electronic document signed by the strengthened qualified electronic signature through a personal account of the participant of foreign trade activities on the website of the FCS of Russia (www.customs.ru).
The statistical form should be submitted to the customs authority not later than the 10th working day of the calendar month following the month in which was made the shipment or receipt of goods.
