Declaration of participants of foreign economic activity of the Voronezh and Tambov regions is transferred to CED Central electronic customs
Since July 31, 2020, the participants of foreign economic activity of the region of responsibility of the Voronezh customs will submit declarations on goods to the Central customs office (CED) Central electronic customs
Currently, the Declaration is carried out of the Moscow customs post (EDC) Moscow office based on the characteristics and competencies established by the customs legislation. The customs on 31 July 2020 will be reassigned to the Central e-customs and renamed the Central customs post (the electronic Declaration center) (CCAD), the code of the customs 10131010.
Interaction of customs posts actual control of the Voronezh customs with CCAD and other centers of electronic Declaration for the whole of Russia will be carried out with application of technology of remote release of goods.
“The gradual work of translation Declaration of the array in the centers of electronic Declaration is activated from the beginning of the year. Customs posts of the Voronezh customs for all the procedures of movement of goods in the 1st half of 2020 decorated 16 936 declarations for goods, which is 9.3% less than in the same period of 2019”, – told the chief of Department of customs procedures and customs control of the Voronezh customs Paul Pechenkin.
The whole array Declaration is processed electronically, which allows not only to carry out customs operations in a shorter period of time, but also eliminates unnecessary administrative barriers to minimize the possible corruption risks due to the lack of need for direct contact of the declarant with the officials of the customs bodies.

In accordance with the order of the FCS of Russia of June 29, 2020 No. 228-R “About carrying out experiment” Voronezh customs included in the experiment for the separation of the execution of customs operations with 29.06.2020 for 01.03.2020, is the customs actual control.
Customs posts actual control registration of DT is only in respect of goods declared with the submission of the license (s) of the Federal service for military-technical cooperation, imported and exported in the framework of intergovernmental agreements about industrial and scientifically-technical cooperation between enterprises of defense industry, also declared with the submission of documents confirming the purpose of raw materials and components, and also when goods are placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone, imported by SEZ residents.
