By the end of 2019 in the competition for the title of “Best team of the Ural customs administration” among groups of internal customs actual control of the Chelyabinsk customs is recognized as the best in the Urals.
In 2019, the Federal budget customs transferred more than 3 billion rubles, the installed control task executed by 105%.
2364 filed cases on administrative offenses and 14 criminal cases.
In 2019 396 customs office revealed violations of currency legislation in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles. As a result 100 of checks of observance by participants of foreign economic activity of the currency legislation, 4 criminal cases and 300 cases of administrative offences.
In the last year in 1,5 times increased the number of administrative cases for failure to submit statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade of the participating countries of the EAEU. “Unfortunately, the company “forget” to provide statistical forms, and it entails administrative responsibility. Last year the total amount of accrued penalties amounted to more than 5 million rubles”, – says Stanislav Vasev, Deputy head of the Chelyabinsk customs on economic activities.
As for the work of “mobile groups” operating in the area, close to the Russian-Kazakh border, for 12 months, they tested more than 2 thousand vehicles seized and destroyed 42 tons of “sanctions” products, 400 thousand packs of cigarettes illegal tobacco products more than 5 tons of tobacco for hookahs and more than 10 thousand bottles of alcoholic production without excise stamps.
There are about 109 thousand units of counterfeit products, the amount of damage amounted to 330 million rubles. In most cases, imported electronics and consumer goods – clothes and footwear of known world brands as “Adidas”, “Reebok”, “Nike”, “Tommy Hilfiger”, “Puma”.
