So, last year in the region of activity of Chelyabinsk customs registered more than 73 thousand statistical forms of registration of movement of goods, which is 11% more than the same period last year.
At the same time, despite a significant amount of information and preventive measures, customs authorities note the presence of facts of violations of the established requirements, which initiated 1887 cases of administrative offenses under Article 19.7.13 of the CAO RF, which amounted to 60% of the total number of cases of administrative offenses
While first-time offenders were given a warning, repeat offenders who failed to comply with the procedure for submitting statistical forms to the customs authorities were fined a total of RUB 6 million, which is 62% more than in 2022.

To avoid such situations, participants in foreign trade should carefully familiarize themselves with the procedure for submitting the statistical form for the movement of goods, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.06.2020 № 891 or refer to the instructions on the website of the Federal Customs Service of Russia (section “Statistical Form”).
