The Krasnodar customs officers revealed more than 33 kg prohibited for import into the Russian Federation of products of animal origin

Officials of the Krasnodar customs in conjunction with the assistant transport Prosecutor of Krasnodar and representatives of the Rosselkhoznadzor and Rospotrebnadzor carried out in one of the shopping centers in Krasnodar.

Joint inspection organised for carrying out of customs control to prevent turnover in the Krasnodar territory and Republic of Adygea forbidden to import goods that fall under the regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation from 07.08.2014 No. 778 and 30.11.2015 No. 1296.

As a result of customs inspection of the shop was an established fact of storage in the display case refrigerator and the sale of products prohibited for import to the Russian Federation, namely the cheeses in the assortment of production of the EU countries with a total weight of 28,774 kg and meat products production Spain 4,591 total weight kg.

In respect of the above products the owner was not provided with information about the registration of veterinary certificates and other documents confirming the origin, quality and safety of products, and the products had no labeling in Russian. These products have been withdrawn from circulation by the officials of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration.

– To prevent possible implementation on the territory of goods imported and implemented in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation from 06.08.2014 No. 560 and the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 07.08.2014 No. 778 is prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation, officials of the Krasnodar customs together with representatives of other Federal enforcement authorities carry out customs inspection of premises and territories of persons engaged in wholesale and retail trade on the trading facilities of the internal market, – noted the chief of Department of customs control after release of goods of Ioannina Okorokova.
