The automatic registration of DT and automatic release of goods
In 2019 in the region of the Control automatically more was 528,6 thousand DT, of them filed in accordance with the customs procedures:
– exports – almost 262,8 DT (that is amounted to 87,99 % of the total number of DT for exported goods), which is 24% more, than in 2018 (211,1 thousand DT);
– the release for domestic consumption – 265,9 thousand DT (which is made up 47.57 % of the total number of DT on imported goods), which is 51% higher than in 2018 (176,4 thousand DT).
Automatically released products almost 168.5 thousand DT, of them filed in accordance with the customs procedures:
– exports – more 105,8 thousand DT (which is made up 35,44 % of the total number of DT for exported goods), which is 37% more than in 2018 (77.5 thousand DT);
– the release for domestic consumption – more than 62.6 per thousand DT (which accounted for 11.21 % of the total number of DT on imported goods), which is 229% more than in the year 2018 (19 thousand DT).
Management and subordinates customs work was carried out focusing on the analysis and solution of problematic issues in the application of technologies of automatic registration of DT and automatic release of goods that defined, contributed to a gradual increase in the number of DT that have passed automatic enrollment and automatic release of the goods.
Interacted with traders, at the working meetings which were given explanations on correct data entry in the 54 column of DT, in particular on the formalization of documents confirming the entitlement to DT, indicating the code of the document proving the identity, and the need for monitoring the validity of these documents and compliance with the data of the electronic signature, the information specified in the 54 column of DT.
The results of the work in 2019 compared to the 2018 year significantly reduced the failures in the automatic check of DT and automatic release of goods for reasons connected with allowed by the traders mistakes when filling in DT.
