Deputy head of the FCS of Russia Elena Yagodkina in the framework of the working visit to the Siberian customs administration took part in the final Board meeting of STU visited the Siberian e-customs, and met with Plenipotentiary of Russian President in the Siberian Federal district.
At the Board meeting STU in Novosibirsk have been summed up the work of the customs authorities of Siberia in 2019 and set targets for 2020.
Elena Yagodkina: “In 2020, it is necessary to concentrate all customs clearance of the Siberian region in Cade e-customs. It is extremely important to ensure the smooth performance of customs operations and effective interaction of e-customs and customs of actual control“.
At the meeting Elena Yagodkina with Plenipotentiary of Russian President in the Siberian Federal district Sergei Menyailo discussed the activities of the territorial customs of the regions of Siberia in the field of control and supervision. Among the priority areas were identified and the automation and digitalization of customs processes in the region, strengthening export control of certain groups of goods, in particular forests.
In conclusion of his working visit Elena Yagodkina visited Siberian electronic customs, which in August of 2019 was created in Krasnoyarsk. By 2021, the Center of electronic declaring in the composition of set will be the only in the region of the customs authority conducting the customs Declaration of goods. In 2019, was released almost 9 thousand goods declarations. After concentration clearance in Cade set the rest of the customs offices and customs posts of Siberia will perform customs operations primarily by opening and completing the procedure of customs transit, control over the activity of temporary storage, holding the actual control of goods and vehicles.

Just 2019, the customs authorities of STU more than 394 thousand goods declarations, which is 14.5% higher than the same period last year. Of these, 70% (271,7 thousand declarations) was automatically. In the automatic mode without participation of the inspector issued 32.8 thousand declarations (in 2018 – 13 thousand).
In 2019 has been developed the technology of automatic registration of electronic transit declarations (ETD). In the STU was automatically registered 94% of the total volume of electronic transit declarations (8.5 thousand ETD).
