Over 80 tonnes of undeclared diesel fuel revealed the Rostov customs officers

Officials of the customs office River port of Rostov-on-don Rostov customs detected the fact of illegal movement of goods subject to customs Declaration.

When departing from the customs territory of the EAEU, the captain of the ship presented to the customs office River port of Rostov-on-don Rostov customs Declaration ship’s stores, which contained information about bunker fuel moved as supplies.

However, during customs inspection of the ship by the officials of the customs post revealed a discrepancy between the actual amount of fuel declared by the carrier. When you check the regular fuel tanks of the ship it was found that in tanks of the main supply is over 80 tonnes of undeclared substance visually similar to diesel fuel.

According to the results of customs control in respect of a carrier initiated a case on administrative offense under part 1 of article 16.2 of the administrative code “failure to Declare in the prescribed form of goods subject to customs Declaration”.
