Over 80 tonnes of undeclared diesel fuel revealed the Rostov customs officers

Officials of the customs office River port of Rostov-on-don Rostov customs detected the fact of illegal movement of goods subject to customs Declaration.

However, during customs inspection of the ship by the officials of the customs post revealed a discrepancy between the actual amount of fuel declared by the carrier. According to the results of customs control in respect of a carrier initiated a case on administrative offense under part 1 of article 16.2 of the administrative code “failure to Declare in the prescribed form of goods subject to customs Declaration”.
