Moscow customs informs about the possibility of submission of the calculation of the recycling collection in electronic form
In the framework of the work on the gradual reduction of the list of documents used in the Commission of customs operations in the scanned form, the Moscow customs informs.
The calculation of the amount of utilization fee in respect of vehicles (chassis) and (or) trailers, as well as the documents confirming the reasons of non-payment of the recycling fee may be submitted to the customs authority in accordance with the Album of formats of electronic documents in an XML file signed with a digital signature.
The calculation is submitted on the forms provided in Appendix 1 to the Rules of collection, calculation, payment of the utilization fee for wheeled vehicles (chassis) and trailers, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 26 December 2013 № 1291, and Annex 1 to the Rules of collection, calculation and payment of utilization fee in respect of self-propelled machines and (or) trailers, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 6 February 2016 No. 81.
The calculation can be presented in the form of XML file format 1006088E.FreeDoc access to electronic Declaration of goods, in accordance with which the customs Declaration of vehicles.
In addition, for identification purposes of the Calculation shall specify the subject name (DocumentName: CALCULATION of DD), date (DocumentDate) and number (DocumentNumber), in the absence of numbers under the tag DocumentNumber specifies the value of “B/N”.
To display the XML file in the form of a single table description of the body of the document (DocumentBody) is made using elements of the clutch of tables (Table).
Documents confirming the presence of grounds of non-payment of the utilization fee can also be submitted to the customs authority where the Declaration of vehicles, in the form of XML file format 1006088E.FreeDoc access to electronic Declaration of goods.
In addition, for purposes of identification of such document shall specify the subject name (DocumentName: the BASIS of nonpayment of US), date (DocumentDate) and number (DocumentNumber), in the absence of numbers under the tag DocumentNumber specifies the value of “B/N”.
