In the Birobidzhan customs temporarily restricted personal reception of citizens with the aim of preventing the spread of coronavirus infection

In the Birobidzhan customs temporarily restricted personal reception of citizens by the customs and Nursescope and Birobidzhan customs posts. This measure was introduced on the recommendations of the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation for the prevention of the spread of the new coronavirus infection (2019-nCoV).

Citizens who have questions related to the competence of the customs authorities, may apply to the Birobidzhan customs email bir_tam@dvtu.customs.ru or by Fax (42622) 40-051.

Citizens can also send their questions in writing through the mailbox “For receiving mail in the provision of public services” installed at the entrance to the building of the Birobidzhan customs at the address: EAO, Birobidzhan, St. Komsomolskaya, 3A.

In accordance with article 12 of the Federal law of 02.05.2006 № 59-FZ “On procedure of consideration of citizens of the Russian Federation” written requests are considered within 30 days from the date of their registration.
