For failure to comply with the rules of presentation of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods, company will pay to the budget more than 2.4 million rubles of fines

Smolensk customs for six months in 2020 for failure to submit or late submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union opened 642 cases on administrative offenses (AP). Responsibility for the offenses provided for by article 19.7.13 administrative code. Compared to the same period last year growth of violations was 35%. The sum of the imposed penalties has made more than 2,4 million roubles.

“With 14 organizations have committed offences at the above article again. And if on the first offense the penalties provided in the amount of from 10 to 15 thousand rubles for officials and from 20 to 50 thousand rubles for legal entities, that upon second violation they doubled,” – said the chief state customs inspector of Department of customs statistics of the Smolensk customs Lyudmila Mishenkova.

She also noted that from 24 July 2020 receiving statistical forms of the account of movement of goods is carried out only in the form of an electronic document signed by the enhanced qualified signature. The statistical form of the account of movement of goods provided, including, in respect of goods for which Declaration is submitted, the country of destination are member countries of the EAEU. The deadline for the submission of accounting forms extended up to ten working days of the month following the reporting period.
