In January-June 2020 at a customs post of Irkutsk customs* were issued more than 46 thousand customs declarations (DT): one for export operations – 39 581 DT; on import 6 437 DT. The maximum terms of the Declaration occurred in the Irkutsk customs post (the electronic Declaration Center) (EDC).
For the 6 months 2020 Irkutsk customs, the Federal budget lists more than 19.1 billion rubles.
During the 1st half of 2020 in the Irkutsk customs, the goods declared 887 Russian companies and organizations (in the 1st half of 2019 – 786). Of them in the export operations involved 571 participant of foreign economic activity (FEA); import – 377 traders.
Foreign trade turnover through Irkutsk customs for the January-June 2020 in value terms amounted to 3.2 billion U.S. dollars; the volume of foreign trade turnover – more than 5 million tons.
Foreign trade relations were established with 98 countries (in the 1st half of 2019 – 83), including 92 foreign countries.
Commodity structure of export deliveries in the reporting period was represented mainly by wood and paper products, metals and products from them. The share of leading export commodities in January-June 2020, 90% of the value indicators of export operations.
Commodity structure of import of in the region of Irkutsk customs, represented mainly by chemical products, machinery products, textiles, textile products and shoes. The share of high-end imported goods in January-June 2020 amounted to 94% of cost indexes of import operations.
On the development of electronic technologies of customs
The development of information technology customs strategic task and priority direction of development of Russian customs service aimed at improving the quality of customs administration, reduction of costs of participants of foreign economic activities when carrying out customs operations, as well as the prevention of corruption in the customs environment.
Significant reduction in the time promotes the use of technologies of automatic registration and automatic release of goods declarations without participation of inspectors. So, for the 1st half of 2020 at the customs stations of the Irkutsk customs, without the participation of the inspectors was implemented automatic enrollment 43.9 thousand goods declarations (90.8% of the total number of submitted declarations).
Thus 3519 of goods declarations was not only registered, but also developed without the participation of the officers of the customs.
In addition, the Irkutsk customs has continued the implementation of innovative technology for automatic registration of electronic transit declarations. In the 1st half of 2020, the share of transit declarations electronically, has reached 100%.

Recall that in 2020, in connection with the consistent course of the FCS of Russia on “digitalization” technologies of customs, continues to consolidate, the amount of customs Declaration of goods in the centers of electronic Declaration and electronic customs (in particular, in Siberian electronic customs).
In this connection, in Cady was transferred to the terms of the Declaration of customs posts of the Irkutsk customs:
1 October 2019 – Irkutsk and Airport Irkutsk;
from 1 April 2020 – Usol, Sayansk, Ust-Ilimsk;
from 1 July 2020 – Bratsk and Angarsk.
Thus, currently, in the Irkutsk customs the customs Declaration of goods is carried out at three customs points: Irkutsk customs post (the electronic Declaration Center), Nizhneudinsk, Ust-Kut districts.
The other seven customs posts Irkutsk customs had effective control of the goods (examination, inspection, etc.).
