Crimean customs seized more than 300 pairs of counterfeit shoes Adidas, Nike, Reebok

Prevented damage amounted to more than 2.6 million rubles.

Employees operatively-search Department of the Crimean customs for events in the city of Simferopol were seized from two individual entrepreneurs 320 pairs of counterfeit shoes.

Shoes of foreign manufacture marked known trademarks Adidas, Nike, Reebok, with signs of counterfeit implemented as the original product in two retail outlets of the Crimean capital. Documents confirming the legality of application of the well known trademarks for the products, the entrepreneurs were absent.

The representatives of owners of these brands confirmed the illegal use of trademarks on the identified products, as well as its incompatibility with the original products.

The holders indicated that the total amount of damage to them amounted to more than 2.6 million rubles.

Products with signs of counterfeiting, withdrawn from the trade officials of the Crimean customs.

“Currently, all shoes are directed on examination. Further test events are held. The actions of individual entrepreneurs discernible signs of a crime, responsibility for which is stipulated by article 180 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation”, – said the head of customs Victor Golichev.
