“Recognition of the merits of the team of the customs post is the result of hard work of each official at his workplace and skillful coordination of work on the part of the management of departments and customs as a whole, – said the acting head of the post Alexander Koshevenko. – In 2023, officials of the post conducted more than 7 thousand different customs operations in the actual control of goods and vehicles, including: 266 customs search, 238 customs inspection and 6575 customs observations. As a result of these operations, 221 violations of customs legislation were detected and cases on administrative offenses were initiated

In 2023, the specialists of the post carried out more than 26,000 reconciliations of declared information in declarations for goods, placed more than 5,500 consignments of goods in temporary storage, performed more than 33,000 customs operations to complete the customs procedure of customs transit.
