Astrakhan customs: individual entrepreneurs was selling unmarked tobacco products without excise stamps

During the raids, officers of the mobile group of the Astrakhan customs and employees of Rospotrebnadzor Administration in the Astrakhan region at local outlets were seized and detained tobacco products.

As a result of the inspection of premises and territories of the three outlets located in close proximity to each other in one of the districts of the city of Astrakhan were found cigarette production Belarus, Turkey, Switzerland, great Britain, Italy, as well as Smoking blends for hookah, without excise stamps and compulsory from 1 July 2020, marking means of identification. The goods were under the shelves in the checkout area and inside of the racks.

All seized and arrested 1 529 reams of tobacco products. In respect of individual entrepreneurs filed the case on administrative offences according to article 16.21 of the administrative code. The investigation is being conducted.
