Another parcel with sibutramine had identified the Rostov customs officers

Employees of Department on struggle against smuggling of drugs Rostov customs in the course of operational search activities received information about possible contraband movement of a Russian citizen born in 1978 controlled substances of the Republic of Kazakhstan in international mail.

When developing the information to operatives in the post office the town of Belaya Kalitva was recorded the fact of receipt of the international postage. MPO was a drug called “Kaimy” (only 108 capsules).

The drug was seized and sent for chemical examination, during which it was found that the capsules contain potent substance sibutramine total weight of 35.64 g.

As it turned out, ordering the preparation of “Kaimy”, the woman was aware of the criminal responsibility, but hoped that her actions go unnoticed.

On the specified fact in relation to host this delivery Rostov customs initiated a criminal case under part 1 of article 226.1 of the criminal code (smuggling of drugs).
