The chief of Crimean customs appointed Victor Golichev

June 22, 2020, the chief of southern customs office Sergey Pashko presented to staff of the Crimean customs of the new head.

By order of the FCS of Russia of June 16, 2020, the chief of the Crimean customs appointed the General-the major of customs service Viktor Golichev.

Victor M. was born 2 August 1960 in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. Has two higher educations. In 1982 he graduated from the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Polytechnic Institute, in 2000 graduated from the Russian customs Academy, speciality “Customs business”.

The main work of Victor Golicheva engineering degree was held at the aviation plant named after Yuri Gagarin in Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

In customs bodies Victor M. 1993. Passed a way from the inspector to the senior Executive. He worked in the Amur customs office of the customs service of the Russian Federation under customs service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the far Eastern customs administration, Kamchatka, Khabarovsk customs. From 2010 to 2014 he headed the Vladivostok customs, and from 2014 to 2020 led by the Sakhalin customs.
