The Dagestani customs officers seized tobacco products without excise stamps

June 18, 2020 officers of the Department for control over the importation and trafficking of goods of the Dagestan customs service jointly with the officials of the Makhachkala transport Prosecutor’s office and the Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Dagestan during the customs inspection of premises and territories in one of the outlets of Makhachkala revealed the fact of illegal sale of hookah tobacco without excise stamps in the amount of 1414 packs.
In accordance with the current legislation illegally traded goods seized.
On this fact criminal case on an administrative offense under part 2 of article 15.12 KoAP of the Russian Federation.
