Vladimir custom traders: changing the order statistics of mutual trade in the framework of the EAEU

On 24 July, comes into force the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 19.06.2020 № 891 “On the order statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union and a recognition become invalid for decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2015 № 1329”.

The decree provides a number of innovations:

• the transition to a fully electronic document management (paper form submission to the statistical forms are excluded);
• the increase of the period of submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods (up to 10 working days of the month following the reporting month);
• simplification of procedure of submission of statistical reporting for participants of foreign economic activities that move goods to individuals through e-Commerce (in terms of filling column 2 “Buyer”);
• the possibility of submitting to the customs authority fixed statistical forms containing accurate information, instead of erroneous 10-day period from the date of discovery of submission of false information. Subject to compliance with these requirements of the administrative responsibility of participants of foreign trade activities, submitting the statistical form does not occur;
• the statistical form is submitted only by the applicant.
