Tver customs: violations of the currency legislation “pulled” to 778 million rubles

In 2020, the Tver customs carried out 46 inspections of observance by participants of foreign economic activity requirements of currency legislation of the Russian Federation and acts of bodies of currency regulation. According to the results – brought 53 cases of administrative offences under article 15.25 of the administrative code. Company offenders were fined 778 million rubles. Materials for 12 violations of the currency legislation containing signs of crimes under article 193 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation transferred to the bodies of internal Affairs.

The Tver customs has been working on the identification of entities with signs one-day firms. With the beginning of the year a 21 the absence of a legal entity at the place of registration. Information about this is sent to the tax authorities.

Failure to comply with the norms of the currency legislation is one of the most common offenses among participants of foreign economic activity.
