The southern customs administration informs about the continuation of the practice of implementation of international projects on simplification of customs procedures, “Green channel”, “Simplified customs corridor”

Novorossiysk customs involved in implementing projects on mutual recognition of results of customs control between the people’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation in the framework of the project “Green corridor”, the Republic of Turkey and the Russian Federation “Simplified customs corridor”.

When moving goods within the framework of international agreements on the implementation of these projects provides for the granting of priority in terms of registration of customs declarations and release of goods.

Mechanisms projects aimed at creating enabling environment, with transparency in the interaction between traders and customs authorities in order to accelerate the turnover, reduction of terms of customs operations, improve efficiency of customs control through the use of information exchange of information about products originating in the people’s Republic of China, the Republic of Turkey and imported into the Russian Federation.

Information exchange occurs by the transfer (of the premises) preliminary information to foreign customs authority in the Central database of the Unified automated information system of customs bodies of the Russian Federation. The Declaration of goods involved in foreign economic activities in box 44 of the Declaration of goods under the code “09015” to specify details about the unique identification number of the consignment, rated foreign customs authorities in the framework of the projects.

Implementation of the project “Green corridor” between the people’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation is carried out by the customs services of the two countries in the bilateral format and on a parity basis.
