The results of the adjustments of the customs value of goods placed under the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption, in the 1st quarter of 2020 charged 240302,64 million rubles, which is 9.4 times greater than the value achieved in the same period of 2019 (25623,92 million rubles). It should be noted that the basic number of decisions on adjustment of customs value of goods falls on the Moscow customs post (CED), 90 – 95 %.
Officials of Moscow customs decorated 41 397 of goods declarations (22 471 – release for domestic consumption, 18 926 – export) of technology transactions “customs Declaration of goods with the flow of DT”.
Over the past period of service of the customs control after release of goods discovered and seized more than 519 kg of sanctions products prohibited for import to the territory of the Russian Federation.
In the first quarter of 2020 in Moscow customs was 48 reported crimes, according to intelligence materials brought 9 criminal cases. Initiated 1 370 cases of AP, 6% more than in the same period of 2019. The major share of excited and submitted for consideration of cases are cases of AP according to the article 19.7.13 KoAP of the Russian Federation – 1 233 cases.
In the production of the Moscow customs is only 486 court cases, of which 433 court cases transferred from previous years, 53 court cases instituted on applications submitted in 2020. In the reporting period from the total number of cases reviewed 158 of them are not in favor of the customs authorities, 25 cases.
Also in Moscow customs on a regular basis carried out educational and preventative work on anti-corruption with the purpose of formation of the officials of intolerance to corrupt behavior. In the 1st quarter of 2020 completed 28 audits on the accuracy and completeness of information about incomes, property and obligations of property character, conducted in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 21.09.2009 No. 1065 .
