The employee of Novosibirsk customs refused to take the bribe
The employee of Novosibirsk customs have refused a bribe of 150,000 rubles proposed for Commission of obviously illegal actions.
The bribe was offered by a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998 to the customs officer handed him seized in the framework of the procedure of test consignment of timber with a volume of 90 cubic meters.
About received offer to bribe the customs officer in the prescribed manner and notified officers on combating corruption of the Siberian customs Department.
The attacker, being one of the houses located in the Dzerzhinsky district of Novosibirsk, with intent to bribe the official personally for committing obviously illegal actions gave the employee of the Novosibirsk customs house funds in the amount of 150 000 rubles. After transfer of a bribe, the citizen of Kyrgyzstan was detained by officers of the anti corruption STU and UFSB of Russia across the Novosibirsk region.
According to the results of actions of Novosibirsk investigatory Department on transport Western-the Siberian investigatory management on transport of Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation in respect of the above citizen initiated criminal case under signs of crime under part 3 of article 291 of the criminal code (bribery official for committing obviously illegal actions).
