The Arkhangelsk customs: on submission of the passenger customs Declaration in electronic form
In accordance with the order of the FCS of Russia from December 31, 219, No. 323-R in all customs bodies of the Russian Federation implemented an experiment on the provision of the passenger customs Declaration in electronic form using the Internet.
A temporary order of use of the Unified automated information system of customs authorities when performing customs operations in respect of goods for personal use moved in accompanied, unaccompanied baggage or delivered by carrier using information submitted in electronic form, approved by the Order of the FCS of Russia of July 8, 2016 No. 192-R.
Passenger customs Declaration (PCD) should be submitted prior to the Commission of customs operations in respect of goods for personal use subject to a mandatory written Declaration (with the exception of vehicles for personal use), transported in accompanied, unaccompanied baggage or delivered by carrier (including goods transported by international mail).
Individuals can complete the PCD using information service “Submission of the passenger customs Declaration” on the official website of the FCS of Russia www.customs.ru through a personal account.
Please note that the PDD is filled in by the physical person under 16 years of age.
On the website in the personal account may register for any individual. After registration you need go to the tab “Services”, and then go to the “Submission of the passenger customs Declaration”.
In the opened window you must fill in the required fields “Sign and send” or “Send without signing”.
Unified automated information system of customs bodies of the logs electronically, which information is assigned a unique number (UIN). The generated UIN PTD is a confirmation of the filing by the declarant in the information system of the customs authority.
With the purpose of customs operations physical person according to the UIN of the PDD official of the customs body with the simultaneous presentation of the document proving the identity.
