Just two criminal cases, one article brought in Nizhny Novgorod

Volga operational customs on 23 January filed two criminal cases under part 1 of article 173.2 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation “Illegal use of documents for legal entity”.

Criminal proceedings were instituted against 26-year-old and 63-year-old Nizhegorodets on the facts of granting of the document proving the identity, for inclusion in incorporation of information about the figurehead.

Both the citizen of the Russian Federation out of greed for the promise of a cash reward provided your passport for registration of a legal entity. While Nizhegorodets purpose was not to lead created by the firm.

On the basis of documents drawn up in their name, a decision was made to make changes to the information in the unified state register of legal entities.

Volga operational customs office opened 2 criminal cases on signs of the crime provided by part 1 of article 173.2 of the criminal code “Illegal use of documents for legal entity”, which provides a penalty of a fine of up to 300 thousand roubles, or obligatory works till 240 o’clock or corrective works for the term up to two years. Carried out urgent investigative actions.
