On June 3 2024, from 14.00 to 17.00, Saratov Customs will hold an action “What are you complaining about?”

In order to improve the legal literacy of citizens, officials of the Saratov Customs will tell how to properly file a complaint to the customs authorities.  They explain to those who apply the procedure for exercising the rights (provided by Chapter 51 of the Federal Law № 289-FZ), the content of the requirements for the content of the complaint, as well as the procedure for filing a complaint in the form of an electronic document.

Customs experts will tell about the advantages of receiving the state service of consulting persons on customs affairs and other issues within the competence of customs authorities in electronic form through the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (www.gosuslugi.ru).

The action is aimed at explaining the mechanism for obtaining information on the reasons for the decision made, action (inaction) taken, provided for by Article 265 of the Federal Law of August 3 2018 No. 289-FZ “On Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation”. The information about the advantages of departmental appeal of decisions, actions (inaction) of customs authorities in the field of customs affairs over judicial appeal will also be communicated.
