In January-April 2024, Tatarstan Customs initiated 993 cases of administrative violations. Of these, 335 cases were brought against legal entities, 362 against individuals, 68 against officials and 208 against individual entrepreneurs. most of the cases on administrative offenses were initiated under Article 19.7.13 for violations of the procedure and deadlines for submission of statistical forms of goods accounting in mutual trade with EAEU member states.

– Since the beginning of the year, Tatarstan Customs has registered 14,996  statistical forms, which is 18.7 percent more than in the same period last year,” said Svetlana Shigayeva, head of the customs statistics department of Tatarstan Customs. out of the total array of 578 statistical forms submitted in violation of the deadline. This is approximately every 26 forms

 466 protocols on administrative offenses under Article 19.7.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia have been drawn up on the facts of revealed violations since the beginning of the year (compared to the APPG increased by 38%), fines in the amount of 612,000 rubles were imposed.
