Cylindrical aluminum containers for drinks in the cargo compartment of the truck were moving to one of the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District. The goods had signs of foreign origin (labeling in a foreign language). The cans had images of trademarks of well-known manufacturers and information that they were made in a European country

“The identified goods are of low quality and may be unsafe for consumers. The driver did not have any documents on the purchase of foreign goods, as well as authorizations from the right holders of trademarks. There is no official manufacturing plant of the right holder on the territory of the Russian Federation”, – says Deputy Head of Astrakhan Customs – Head of the Customs Control Service after release of goods Alexander Gurin

The goods were seized. A case on administrative offence under part 1 of article 14.10 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (illegal use of means of individualization of goods) has been instituted.
