Pulkovo customs: the customs Declaration can be submitted in electronic form

In accordance with the order of the FCS of Russia from December, 31st, 2019 No. 323-R in all customs bodies of the Russian Federation implemented an experiment on the provision of the passenger customs Declaration (PCD) in electronic form using the Internet.

A temporary order of use of the Unified automated information system of customs authorities when performing customs operations in respect of goods for personal use moved in accompanied, unaccompanied baggage or delivered by carrier using information submitted in electronic form, approved by the Order of the FCS of Russia of July 8, 2016 No. 192-R.

The PDD can be submitted prior to the Commission of customs operations in respect of goods for personal use subject to a mandatory written Declaration (with the exception of vehicles for personal use), transported in accompanied, unaccompanied baggage or delivered by carrier (including goods transported by international mail).

Individuals can complete the PCD using information service “Submission of the passenger customs Declaration” on the official website of the FCS of Russia www.customs.ru through a personal account.

Please note that the PDD is filled in by the physical person under 16 years of age.
