Pskov customs office filed two criminal cases on the fact of failure to export within the prescribed period of temporarily imported vehicles with foreign registration

Two criminal cases under part 1 of article 194 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation (evasion from payment of customs payments in the large size) against persons involved in the illegal move into the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union (EEU), eight vehicles filed Feb 2020 Pskov customs.

Vehicle registered in the territory of foreign States was delivered through multilateral automobile checkpoint “Burachki” the two organizations, according to four cars each, without payment of appropriate customs duties. The total amount of unpaid customs payments amounted to more than 8 million 454 thousand rubles.

Currently, customs officials and traffic police AMIA Russia’s Pskov region to carry out the necessary operational-search measures and investigative actions aimed at establishing the actual place of stay for foreign vehicles, information about the export of which from the customs territory of the EAEU is missing.
