The North-West Customs Directorate will hold an action “What are you complaining about?”

On May 15, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Northwest Customs Office will host a “What are you complaining about?” event.

At the event participants will be able to file a complaint, including practical assistance in its preparation, receive explanations on the issues of appealing decisions and actions (inaction) of customs authorities and their officials, on the procedure for considering complaints and the procedure for obtaining information on the reasons for decisions made, actions (inaction).

The purpose of the action is to inform about the advantages of pre-trial dispute resolution using “digital technologies” when filing complaints, as well as about the use of the right to receive information about the reasons for decisions/actions (inaction).

The action “What are you complaining about?” will be held in the building of the North-West Customs Administration at 14, Spalernaya St., St. Petersburg, office 212.

In connection with necessity of observance of a pass regime for a passage to the territory of a security object it is necessary to have the document certifying the identity (for registration of a pass it is necessary to call in advance by phone (812) 640 34 41).
