During the year the Perm customs initiated 17 criminal cases (in 2018 – 18), including the smuggling of drugs – 2, the smuggling of military goods – 1, the smuggling of timber – 2, smuggling of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances 3, for the formation of the legal person through figureheads – 2, unlawful use of documents for legal entity – 1 for the evasion of customs payments – 3, for illegal transfer of foreign currency and currency of the Russian Federation – 3.
The amount of seized narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in 2019 amounted to more than 3 kilograms, which is 4 times higher than the figures of the previous period. In 2018, customs seized a little more than 790 grams of drugs.
Last year the Perm customs has opened a 1550 cases on administrative offences. Of the total number of cases against legal persons instituted 944 cases of AP, individuals – 267 cases of AP, individual entrepreneurs, and 193 cases of AP, the officials of the 146 cases of AP.
Remain the most common offences relating to the untimely submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods, Declaration of goods, false Declaration of goods, a violation of currency legislation.
Offense subjects often were alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, weapons, cultural values.
In 2019 in cases of AP 1 445 made decisions and punish them for the sum of 430 million 200 thousand rubles.
Competent authorities and other organizations in 2019 had transferred property with a total value of more than 850 thousand rubles.
