More than 700 thousand tons of cargo have issued the Vladivostok customs in Maritime checkpoint Slavyanka for the 1st quarter 2020

722,3 thousands of tons of cargo have issued a customs post Sea port of Slavyanka Vladivostok customs in the first quarter of 2020. This is almost 35% more compared to the same period last year.

According to the Deputy head of the customs post Sea port of Slavyanka Vladivostok customs Alexander Trakhirov, the customs post in the first quarter of 2020 designed for export 636,9 thousands of tonnes of freight: fuel, fuel oil, seafood – crab. Despite the growth of turnover, the supply of crab to China decreased. It is likely that the decline is associated with global spread of a new coronavirus infection.

Imports of 85.4 thousand tonnes. The main imported goods commercial steel weapons (ropes, cables, fenders, buoys), automotive wheels, and also sawmill equipment for construction in Primorsky region of a woodworking plant. In the region of the customs post Sea port of Slavyanka Vladivostok customs expected new supply sawmill equipment – kilns for wood from Japan and Latvia. The plans of the exporter to bring the dispatch of processed wood through the checkpoint Slavyanka to 100 thousand cubic meters per year.

Recall that in March 2020 the customs post Sea port of Slavyanka Vladivostok customs has issued rocket-space complex “Sea launch” from the United States. Floating cosmodrome “Sea launch” is an Assembly and command ship and launch platform “Odyssey”.
