Krasnoyarsk customs: for two months the passengers of international flights 150 times violated the customs regulations
Two months 2020, officials of the customs post of the Airport of Krasnoyarsk of Krasnoyarsk customs in international air crossing of the Krasnoyarsk airport has issued 399 international passenger flights to destinations China, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, India and the United Arab Emirates. As a result of customs control in January-February, the Krasnoyarsk customs officers opened 144 cases on administrative offences: 103 – on the facts of non-observance of interdictions and (or) restrictions on import of goods into the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union (EEU) or the Russian Federation and (or) export of goods from the customs territory of the EAEU or from the Russian Federation (article 16.3 of the administrative code), 35 – the facts fail to declare in the prescribed form of goods subject to customs Declaration (part 1 of article 16.2 Cao RF), 5 for failure to declare or false Declaration of individuals cash (article 16.4 of the administrative code), 1 – for violation of regime of zone of customs control (article 16. 5 KoAP of the Russian Federation).
The major items of administrative offences remain tobacco products (nasvay, cigarettes), food, alcoholic beverages, goods not intended for personal use, cold weapons and money.
So, two months 2020, the violators of customs regulations, customs control, held in Krasnoyarsk airport, it seized more than 4 million cigarettes, more than 22 kg nasvay, about 250 kg of food products subject to phytosanitary and veterinary control (plant and animal origin), about 30 liters of alcoholic beverages, 36 units of goods not for personal use 2 units of a cold weapon (brass knuckles) and almost 411,5 thousand rubles, a 12.7 thousand USD, 500 EUR and 733 Azerbaijani manat.
Krasnoyarsk customs recalls that at the International airport Krasnoyarsk has a system of double corridor. A natural person who is subject to customs control, must choose between “red” and “green” corridors.
Red channel is for passengers who bring with them goods for personal use, subject to customs clearance. To customs control of the physical person is obliged to fill in a passenger customs Declaration.
Through the “green corridor” followed by those individuals who are not in possession of goods for personal use, subject to Declaration. The very crossing of the line of entrance to the “green corridor” is a statement of the physical person about absence at it of such goods.
