Karelian customs: of the benefits of implementing technology for automated production of electronic transit declarations
The Federal customs service carried out to implement automatic registration of electronic transit declarations (ETD). This technology allows to reduce time of registration of the transit Declaration. This eliminates the influence of human factors on the duration of decision-making that creates more comfortable conditions for participants of foreign trade activities.
For the application of the technology of automatic registration of ETD to the declarant to ensure the completeness and correctness of the claimed information and to exclude cases of incorrect filling of ETD, the instructions complete and accurate information about the INN, KPP, OGRN declarant (principal) and the carrier, if this is a Russian person (including 50 column ETD).

For ETD, successfully passed the test criteria for compliance with the automatic check in automatic mode to validate criteria compliance with the conditions of release that significantly reduces the time of placing goods under the customs procedure of customs transit.
From November 18 in the region of the Karelian customs as a pilot zone for the implementation of the technology of automated production of electronic transit declarations included the customs clearance Department and customs control n 2 m/n MAPP Vyartsilya (10227142).
