Kaluga customs: challenges and solutions auto-enrollment and autopause
From the beginning of 2020 in the Kaluga customs was automatically 2221 or 93,5 % DT for exported goods and 11041 or 71,67% DT for imported goods, respectively.
Implemented automatic release 1464 Declaration in accordance with the procedure of export traders with low risk, which amounted to 85,73% (over the same period of 2019 – 4884 DT, 72,6%). In accordance with the procedure of release for domestic consumption, autobypass taken in regard to the 2013 returns of traders with low risk, which amounted to 61.5% (for the same period of 2019 – 1853 DT and 37.3%).
There is a certain algorithm of verification of declarations for auto-enrollment. There are a number of typical error declarants preventing auto-registration of declarations. If the detected data mismatch, the system does not allow you to register the DT and to produce the goods automatically.
