In Tula withdrew from the market of cigarettes without excise stamps

737 packs of cigarettes were seized on 18 February 2020 in one of the outlets of Tula. Joint inspection of legality of trade in tobacco products was conducted by the employees of the Tula customs, Ministry of internal Affairs in the Tula region and Tula transport Prosecutor’s office.

Cigarettes were asked to implement both without excise stamps and excise stamps marked other state.

During the inspection were not submitted documents confirming legality of import into the customs territory of the EAEU of these products.

Solves a question on excitation of Affairs about an administrative offence. Confiscated tobacco products will be destroyed in accordance with the law.
