In the North-West customs administration begins its work a call center and an Advisory group of informing of participants of foreign economic activities and resolve issues associated with the Commission of customs operations in respect of goods of first necessity and food and medical supplies.

Call center takes calls at (812) 640-83-76 in the working days from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00, Friday from 09:00 to 16:00.
