In the first half of 2020 mobile group of STU prevented the import from the Republic of Kazakhstan for more than 14,6 thousand tons of prohibited goods

In the first half of 2020 mobile group Altai, Novosibirsk and Omsk customs prevented the import from the Republic of Kazakhstan for more than 14,6 thousand tons of goods transported in violation of Russian legislation.
In the nomenclature of prohibited import goods was dominated by vegetable products (vegetables, fruits) and animal (meat, dairy products, fish) origin, as well as consumer goods (clothes, shoes, etc.).
Just in the first half of 2020 mobile group of STU stopped and checked more than 9.6 million vehicles. The result revealed more than 19 thousand tons of goods transported across the Russia-Kazakhstan border violations. Prevented the import of banned 10 parties, including “sanctions”, produce (apples, chicken leg quarters, cold storage equipment) weighing more than 45.6 per ton.
With the aim of strengthening control over the import and trafficking of excisable products mobile groups in cooperation with local law enforcement and other regulatory authorities stopped the import of 18 consignments of tobacco products (cigarettes).
In respect of detained tobacco products conducted customs inspections, the results of which revealed 131 910 packs of cigarettes without marking with excise stamps of the Russian Federation, including having signs of counterfeit products.
In addition, delayed 1 party nasvay. On the results of the customs inspection revealed 29 of plastic bags with a total weight of 29 kg. against the carrier filed a criminal case about an administrative offense under part 1 of article 16.2 of the Russian Federation on the fact of not declaring goods in the prescribed form.
Mobile groups of STUDENTS on a regular basis, including in cooperation with the law enforcement units of customs offices in other law enforcement and regulatory agencies, control is performed in the roaming of strategically important resources.
So, in the first half of 2020 stopped and checked 4 652 vehicles transporting timber with a view to their exportation from the territory of the Russian Federation, violations of the current legislation identified in 138 cases. The total weight of timber in respect of which revealed violations amounted to 2.8 thousand tons, volume – 4 609 m3. 1 detained consignment of motor gasoline “AI-92-K4” in the amount of 30.4 tons.
In the result of the work of the mobile teams carried out 14 of the customs inspections, identified more than 111 thousand units of counterfeit production, about 14 million units of tobacco products without the mandatory marking with excise stamps of the Russian Federation, almost 34 thousand units of medical products (in the period of validity of the Resolution of the RF Government dated 02.03.2020 No. 223).
On the facts of revealed violations filed 205 cases of administrative offences 15 criminal cases. Of these, 4 criminal cases under part 1 of article 180 of the criminal code on the fact of illegal use of foreign trademarks, 10 criminal cases under part 1 of article 226.1 of the criminal code on the fact of illegal movement of timber and 1 criminal case under part 1 of article 226.1 of the criminal code on the fact of illegal movement of fuel.
