Head of TSTU Sergey Rybkin met with the Governor of Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz

On January 30, the Central customs administration head, Sergey Rybkin met with the Governor of Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz.

In this post Sergey Rybkin visited the Bryansk region for the first time on this post he was appointed on 9 January 2020. He took part in the meeting on results of activity of the Bryansk customs in 2019 and objectives for 2020. The meeting discussed the current practice of customs authorities in the context of changing legislation, when special attention is paid to the issues of customs operations in electronic form, as well as activities for the establishment of a Central e-customs and prospects of the activity of the customs actual control.

Sergey Rybkin more than 30 years of dedicated service in the customs bodies. Including 14 years working in the area of activities of the Central customs Department. In the year before the CTS has a major challenge: opening in Moscow’s Central e-customs and the establishment of the Main centre for data processing on the basis of the Tver customs. Sergey V. mobilizes the team to achieve the set objectives.

The Central customs administration head, Sergey Rybkin said:

— Summarized the work of the Bryansk customs. The number of awards I even in some offices have not seen. This suggests that there highly professional staff. The tasks that were set before the custom made. Made the assessment “excellent”. Very good. I think that in 2020, the team will not fail us, but rather strengthen the work.

The meeting discussed cooperation of the government of the Bryansk region and the Central customs administration in the work to strengthen the economic capacities and investment attractiveness of the Bryansk region.

Sergey Rybkin said that this year will culminate in a large-scale project of the Federal customs service on creation in Russia of a unified network of e-customs and the centers for the electronic Declaration. Russia already has 12 of the 16 planned centres of electronic declaring. Will be created an electronic platform and in the Central region, and Bryansk customs will acquire the status of customs actual control.
