For false Declaration of the bedding sets, the company paid a fine

66 thousand rubles of customs duties and taxes to the state budget not paid one of the organizations that declared unauthentic products. The company imported to Russia 4080 bedding sets in China.

Of violation of customs legislation was identified by the Tver customs post (the electronic Declaration center) in the course of customs control.

Weight arrived in the country the goods were almost two tons more than what was stated in the Declaration. Thus, the company has not paid part of the required customs duties for “suddenly” emerged “superiority”.

Entrepreneurs did not use their right before declaring yourself to inspect the goods, check the quantity, weight and other data. They relied on information from the shipping documents, which are often incorrect.

Thus, the company committed an administrative offense, expressed in a false Declaration of goods subject to customs Declaration, responsibility for the Commission of which is provided h. 2 art. 16.2 KoAP of the Russian Federation. The amount of the fine amounted to 33 thousand rubles.

Tver customs drew the attention of participants of foreign economic activities to the need for more responsible attitude to filling of declarations and do not forget to use their legal rights to inspection of goods before submission of the Declaration.
